Brandsmall.Com Awards Service Contract To Onevoice Solutions
New York, August 10, 2000 - OneVoice Solutions, an operating unit of Teltrust, Inc., has won a services contract to provide Brandsmall.com, a leading Internet retailer of brand name consumer products, with a customized CRM package to handle increased customer support needs.
This agreement was prompted by Miami, Florida-based Brandsmall.com's desire to provide its online customers with a unique combination of both in-house and outsourced customer service. With Teltrust, Brandsmall.com maintains all the advantages of an in-house solution while enjoying all the advantages of outsourcing. Under the terms of the agreement, OneVoice Solutions will provide live customer sales support after-hours, on weekends and will handle call overflow during busy periods, notably the holiday season.

Projections from the market research firm IDC indicate that by 2003, annual Web commerce will exceed US $1.6 Trillion. Growth of Internet commerce is accelerating and shows no signs of letting up. By the end of this year, 29% of people who go online will purchase a good or service, and that percentage will swell to 38% by 2003*.
