Great Hill Partners Announces $50 Million Commitment To ManagedOps.com, Inc
Boston, Mass. March 9, 2000 - Great Hill Partners today announced that it has completed a $50 million investment commitment to ManagedOps.com, Inc ("ManagedOps"). ManagedOps is an application service provider (ASP) with a complete managed operations service for small and medium-sized organizations. Founded in 1987, the company operates a secure and reliable 24 x 7 data center from its Bedford, NH headquarters, and offers industry-leading business applications from Great Plains Software, Microsoft, and Siebel Systems. The company's award winning solution integration unit develops implementation and management best practices for its partners. ManagedOps has been instrumental in supporting Great Plains applications for hundreds of customers for more than ten years and is a founding member of the ASP Industry Consortium.
