Nicholas R. Cayer

Nick is responsible for originating and evaluating investment opportunities in the financial technology, business and consumer services, and software sectors. He is currently a director of CAM Commerce and a former director of FirstCall Healthcare and a former board observer of Custom House.

Prior to joining Great Hill Partners, Nick was an Associate at CCP Equity Partners, a growth equity capital provider to financial services and healthcare services companies. At CCP, his responsibilities included screening and evaluating potential investments, executing transactions and working with existing portfolio companies. Prior to CCP, Nick was an Associate at GE Commercial Finance’s National Restructuring and Retail Finance Group, where he was involved in executing and managing senior secured, second lien and distressed debt transactions.

Nick received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bentley College, where he graduated with honors.
