Stephen F. Gormley

As a co-founder of Great Hill Partners, Stephen Gormley is responsible for the general management and investment policy of Great Hill Partners. Steve has a wealth of experience in the broadcasting, outdoor advertising, and business service markets.

His years of experience is best demonstrated by his portfolio companies which have completed more than 100 acquisitions and over $1 billion of debt and equity financing. Steve serves as Chairman of the Board of Palm Beach Broadcasting and Sun City Communications, both radio station operators. He also serves as a Director of In-Store Broadcasting Network. In the past, Steve has served on the board of directors of many other companies spanning radio, telecommunications, and outdoor advertising.

He holds a BA from Bowdoin College and an MBA from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business.
