Kate Ramirez joined Great Hill Partners in 2005 as the Assistant Controller.

Prior to joining Great Hill, Kate was an Associate at Gemini Investors. At Gemini, Kate was responsible for financial and tax reporting for two private equity funds, management company accounting, and due diligence. Prior to Gemini, Kate was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where she was responsible for audit services for clients in the private equity and regulated investment company industries.

Kate is a CPA and holds a BA in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
