C. Thomas Allgood

Thomas works with portfolio company management teams on various financial and strategic initiatives and participates in transaction due diligence.

Prior to joining Great Hill Partners in 2008, Thomas was the Vice President of Strategic Development and Financial Planning and Analysis at Prommis Solutions, a Great Hill portfolio company. At Prommis, his responsibilities included financial due diligence on M&A transactions, budgeting, forecasting, financial review and analysis. Prior to joining Prommis Solutions, Thomas served as a manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ transaction services group where he was responsible for performing financial and strategic due diligence on potential targets for both private equity buyers and corporate clients. Prior to PricewaterhouseCoopers, Thomas was an associate with Merrill Lynch’s Financial Institutions investment banking group. He began his career as a consultant and auditor in KPMG’s financial services practice.

Thomas is a CPA, received a BBA degree in Accounting with honors from the University of Georgia and a MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
