Peter B. Freeland

Peter is responsible for originating and evaluating investment opportunities in services, media, and technology. Peter currently serves on the Board of Managed Data Holdings, LLC.

Prior to joining Great Hill Partners in 2006, Peter was an investment professional at TA Associates, a leading international private equity firm. At TA, Peter worked on a number of investments in financial services, business services and consumer sectors.

Peter previously worked as an Associate with JPMorgan, where he provided M&A advisory and corporate finance solutions for the firm's private equity clients. Prior to JPMorgan, Peter worked as an Analyst in structured finance at State Street Boston Capital, the investment banking division of State Street Corporation.

Peter received a BA in Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business where he graduated with honors as a Beta Gamma Sigma scholar.
