Jim Holm is a proven leader of education technology and human resources technology businesses, specializing in people measurement. He has 20+ years of experience in helping to validate learning experiences for students, employees, prospective hires, and government workers. These validations lead to credentials that allow individuals to prove skills and build their careers. At Examity, Jim is focused on securing exam experiences for education institutions, associations, and corporations, helping to preserve the value of credentials and ensure the validity of results.
Prior to Examity, Jim was the President of Talent Measurement at PSI Services, where he led a team of ~350 employees and was responsible for creating employee measurement systems for corporations and governments around the world. Jim arrived at PSI through the acquisition of Performance Assessment Network (“PAN”), a corporate assessment provider that delivered over four million pre-employment tests per year. Jim was the President and CEO of PAN, and also served as an executive at Pearson VUE and Certiport, Inc.
Jim is a graduate of Brigham Young University and studied Information Technology (“IT”) Law at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. He frequently volunteers in the community and has done work with the employment boards of Utah Valley University and Westminster College, the Lehi city planning commission, Utah Chamber of Commerce, and a variety of charities. He has obtained many IT industry certifications and supports traditional and non-traditional paths to employment.
