Heather is responsible for the firm’s executive talent network management.

Prior to joining Great Hill Partners, Heather was a Senior Recruiter at a Boston based SaaS start-up, Drift, where she was primarily responsible for managing the growth of sales team by over 80 employees. Before her two years at Drift, Heather was a Senior Recruiter at Forrester Research where she focused on hiring senior research leadership.

Heather earned a BS from James Madison University, graduating Magna cum laude.
