“The Customer Success Management (CSM) program was created to ensure we stay connected with our customers,” said Becknell. “I’m passionate about ensuring that customers are achieving full potential, not only when they implement Chrome River, but also as their requirements and needs change as their organizations grow.”
Joining the executive team, Nancy Dushkin has stepped into the role of SVP Client Services. I’m looking forward to working with the team to ensure implementations are smooth and timely for our customers.”
“We believe that innovation and creativity are the heart of a great software company,” said Alan Rich, CEO of Chrome River. “This holds true not only for the software itself but for the services, training and support that are part and parcel of the total solution.
