Confirmation.com Announces Brian Fox as EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® Award Finalist in the Southeast
Brentwood, Tenn. – Confirmation.com, the leading provider of online audit confirmations, announced today Brian Fox, president and founder of Confirmation.com, is a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2017 Award in the Southeast. The awards program, which is celebrating its 31st year, recognizes entrepreneurs who are excelling in areas such as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. Mr. Fox was selected as a finalist by a panel of independent judges. Award winners will be announced at a special gala on June 8 at the College Football Hall of Fame in Atlanta, Georgia.
“It’s an honor to be nominated for this award,” stated Brian Fox. “My passion as the founder of Confirmation.com started out as simply the need for a secure clearinghouse where both accounting firms and responders were both validated to deter fraud. Now over 15 years later, we’re a global company that continues to grow, innovate, and really define what our space in the market looks like — and as an entrepreneur that’s very exciting to see.”
“Brian’s commitment and leadership in elevating auditing standards for the accounting industry is inspiring,” said Chris Schellhorn, CEO of Confirmation.com. “We’re proud to have his accomplishments recognized by Ernst & Young.”
Now in its 31st year, the program has expanded to recognize business leaders in over 145 cities and more than 60 countries throughout the world.
Regional award winners are eligible for consideration for the Entrepreneur Of The Year National competition. Award winners in several national categories, as well as the Entrepreneur Of The Year National Overall Award winner, will be announced at the Entrepreneur Of The Year National Awards gala in Palm Springs, California, on November 18, 2017. The awards are the culminating event of the Strategic Growth ForumTM, the nation’s most prestigious gathering of high-growth, market-leading companies.
