Confirmation.com Rolls Out the First of Several Enhancements Planned for the Japanese Market
Brentwood, Tenn. – January 24, 2017 – Confirmation.com, the leading provider of online audit confirmations, announced today that it now accepts credit card payments in Japanese Yen. This allows Japanese auditors to send audit confirmation requests through Confirmation.com using their native currency.
“I am excited about the roadmap planned for the Japanese market,” said Matthew Grace, country manager of Confirmation.com Japan. “Last year we opened an office in Tokyo to provide real-time support in Japanese for our clients. In addition to accepting payments in Yen, several enhancements are planned this year including Japanese translation of the application and confirmation forms specific to the Japanese market.”
“We are thrilled to be working with some of the world’s leading accounting and financial institutions in Japan to localize our service offering for this market,” said Dave Malone, president of Confirmation.com International. “Their guidance and feedback help us deliver a better, more secure audit confirmation process in this region.”
“The Japanese market is extremely technology savvy and they lead the way in adopting innovative tools to improve business processes,” said Chris Schellhorn, CEO of Confirmation.com. “Market leaders in Japan have been very supportive of our presence in Tokyo, and we’re looking forward to driving adoption of online audit confirmations in Japan.”
