Fusion Risk Management, Inc. (“Fusion”), the leading provider of enterprise resilience software, has announced the appointment of Matt Tippets as Chief Product Officer (CPO). Tippets will play a key role in advancing Fusion’s product vision, accelerating its roadmap, and further strengthening its artificial intelligence (AI) strategy.
Tippets brings more than 20 years of experience leading product, engineering, design, and AI strategy across SaaS, MarTech, CRM, and analytics platforms. He joins Fusion from Brandwatch, where he served as the Chief Product and Technology Officer, leading a global product and engineering organization and spearheading the company’s AI-first transformation.
Prior to Brandwatch, Tippets held executive leadership roles at Drift and Total Expert. He also spent eight years at Salesforce during a period of significant growth for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, where he led teams responsible for global, market-leading products and new-to-market innovations focused on customer engagement and data-driven marketing.

Tippets holds an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and an MA in government from the University of Virginia. He earned an undergraduate degree in communications from Brigham Young University.
