Great Hill Partners recently hosted a firmwide community service event at Cradles to Crayons, an organization committed to providing children from birth through age 12, living in homeless or low-income situations, with the essential items they need to thrive at home, at school and at play. Our team sorted, organized and cleaned donations as well as assembled “outfit backpacks” for children in need.

With the holidays in full bloom, this is a crucial and busy time of year for Cradles to Crayons, and we are grateful to have been able to contribute our time to such an impactful organization in the greater Boston community.

Our team recognizes and values the need to be good stewards both inside and outside the Great Hill office, and for that reason we established the GHP Foundation, a corporate philanthropy initiative that strives to encourage our employees to donate time and resources to causes they are passionate about. We are proud to continue quarterly in-service days for all team members and firmwide volunteer events such as this one, to engage employees and demonstrate our commitment to the community.
