Over the course of her tenure at Great Hill, Mary Kate has helped to drive the firm’s growth through fundraising of five flagship funds totaling over $17 billion in committed capital, managing Great Hill’s global co-investment program, and expanding the firm’s investor base across the globe to more than 30 countries. Most recently, Mary Kate led fundraising for Great Hill’s ninth growth buyout fund, which raised $7 billion in committed capital in just five months. The fund was heavily oversubscribed and significantly exceeded its target, marking one of the year’s largest closings for a mid-market-focused fund.
Mary Kate’s influence within the private equity community extends far beyond her fundraising capabilities. She is a sought-after mentor and dedicates substantial time to guiding aspiring professionals looking to build careers in private equity investor relations.
