Q&A
What is the most rewarding part of your role?
My favorite part of my job is partnering with leaders and teams to build strong organizations where people can succeed. Whether it's strengthening leadership teams, shaping talent strategy, or putting the right foundations in place, I enjoy helping create environments where people can do their best work, continue to grow and develop, and feel engaged in what they do every day.
Which attributes do you admire most in an executive?
The executives I've admired most are both decisive and self-aware. They're willing to make tough decisions when needed, but they're also open to feedback and willing to adjust course as the business evolves. I also admire leaders who are clear about expectations—for themselves and for their teams. That kind of clarity creates consistency, accountability, and trust across an organization, and it helps people do their best work.
What do you do in your spare time?
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me enjoying life on Cape Cod. Whether it's spending time at the beach, hiking, kayaking, or simply getting outdoors with our dog, my husband and I appreciate the character and sense of community that come with life "on the right side of the bridge." Family and friends are a big part of our lives, and we love hosting and spending time with loved ones throughout the year—whether it's the busy summer season or the quieter pace of the off-season. It's a lifestyle we truly enjoy and one of the many reasons we're grateful to call the Cape home.
