What do you do in your spare time?
I like cold weather sports which works out well living in the Northeast. I can be found in 20 degree weather playing on the paddle courts. Our town holds the annual skating races the first Sunday the pond freezes every year. And nothing beats a day on the slopes – having lived east coast and west coast, I can ski ice and powder!
Where is your favorite vacation spot and why?
Amelia Island, Florida. Nothing like the moss and old oak trees in the low country looking out over the marsh water. Our family likes to slow down, take time to recharge, ride the waves, feed the turtles, and enjoy some local Fernandina Beach shrimp!
What was your first job?
Not a typical high school job but I started working for an insurance company at 16 years old and worked my way up from the call center and ultimately completed internship in the legal department. Started process improvement at an early age.
